    PotomacWave Consulting is currently looking for a Logistics Engineer for our client located in Baltimore, MD!!!

    • Experienced and proficient in provisioning, maintenance and configuration management standards as they relate to supporting the CG missions, organizational transformation, and programs. 
    • The candidate shall have sufficient knowledge of concepts, standards, and analytical and evaluation methods as they relate to requirements in this SOW. 
    • The Candidate shall have an advanced working understanding of maintenance support concepts working with hull, mechanical, electrical, electronic/C4ISR and auxiliary systems and equipment.
    • The Candidate shall be capable of reviewing technical documentation and specifications and ability to assess and determine repair codes, supply support requests, item entry proposals, maintenance tasks and other ILS factors all in support of bringing new items of supply and maintenance tasks into the CG supply and maintenance systems as well as maintaining, updating and managing product configuration baseline changes as result of engineering or design changes. 
    • The Candidate shall provide qualified personnel to perform all requirements specified in this SOW. 
    • This Subject matter expertise in shipboard hull, mechanical auxiliary, propulsiEon, electrical (HM&E) and electronics/C4ISR systems. 
    • Each of the candidates shall have a background/experience in both provisioning and maintenance development as well as experience in evaluating systems and equipment to determine and assess maintenance tasks, depth and range in identifying onboard spare parts, system stock, and insurance assets. 


    • The Candidate shall have strong organizational and data analysis skills. The Logistics Engineers shall be NAVSEA Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Level I or II certified.
    • Experience working with a Product Integrated Data Base (IDE), NESSS, NSERC, SFLC Activities, SharePoint, CG-LIMS, STIP, ACMS, and VLS/FLS is preferred, however not required. 
    • The Candidate shall be proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, and Excel) and shall have a good working knowledge of information relational databases (e.g. MS Access, SQL, VLS tool set, etc).
