  • Overview

    PotomacWave is currently seeking a SharePoint Specialist to support one of our Federal clients sitting at their campus in SE Washington, DC!


    The project is a fast paced environment supporting a critical United States Coast Guard initiative.


    • Provide specific expertise and serve in an advisory capacity for Project Management, Strategic Planning, Acquisition, and/or Technology.
    • Leads client teams and represents project management at client meetings and briefings.
    • Provides knowledge sharing and mentoring to staff and reviews work for accuracy and quality of approach.
    • Understands client environment and assists project management in addressing client challenges or issues.
    • Prepares documentation, reports, and other deliverables for client approval.
    • Analyzes, researches, and develops client solutions with team and supports team in implementation and client acceptance process of deliverables.
    • Provide SharePoint development and administrative support when required.
    • Provide knowledgeable recommendations and best practices for SharePoint solutions and conduct requirements gatherings for solution development.



    • A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Government SharePoint contracts
    • SharePoint administration and development required
    • Expertise in analysis and defining client needs and applying methodologies to produce high quality deliverables.



    • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field which may include: Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, MIS, or another subject area.


    Clearance Requirements

    • Candidate must be a US citizen eligible for a Public Trust - Public Trust or higher level of clearance strongly encouraged.
    • Existing DHS EOD suitability a plus.
