    Defense Travel System (DTS) User Support: The contractor shall share knowledge with Headquarter Intelligence and Security Command (HQ INSCOM) and Major Subordinate Command (MSC) personnel providing process improvements, best practices and trend analysis to improve overall DTS effectiveness and efficiency. The contractor shall review MSC DTS transactions and provide desk-side support and help desk customer support with DTS technical assistance. The contractor shall provide support to MSCs as required for immediate assistance no more that 10% of the time.

    Responsibilities

    • Defense Travel System (DTS) User Support: The contractor shall share knowledge with Headquarter Intelligence and Security Command (HQ INSCOM) and Major Subordinate Command (MSC) personnel providing process improvements, best practices and trend analysis to improve overall DTS effectiveness and efficiency. The contractor shall review MSC DTS transactions and provide desk-side support and help desk customer support with DTS technical assistance. The contractor shall provide support to MSCs as required for immediate assistance no more that 10% of the time.

    • Defense Travel System (DTS) Administrative Support: The contractor shall provide the following DTS administrative support:
      • Process newly assigned/departing personnel in DTS and provide administrative support
      • Ensure approving officials and reviewers are appointed in compliance with regulatory requirements
      • Prepare documentation to recommend appropriate funding to Lines of Accounting in DTS
      • Review and process Incoming DTS Authorizations/Vouchers and submit to Government personnel for validation
      • Maintain Accounting of Travel Expenditures
      • Conduct reviews of Travel Vouchers

    • Government Travel Card (GTC) Administrative Support: The contractor shall provide the following GTC administrative support:
      • Process newly assigned/departing personnel in GTC program, process GTC credit applications, and create/modify user profiles within Citi Direct
      • Ensure that approving officials and reviewers are appointed in compliance with regulatory requirements
      • Assist in GTC account maintenance, and provide desk-side, email, and phone technical assistance with GTC related issues
      • Maintain the GTC database
      • Conduct monthly GTC reviews
      • Prepare draft monthly reports

    Qualifications

    • Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI
    • Bachelor's degree, OR;
    • Associate's degree plus 4 years of specialized experience, OR;
    • 8 years of specialized experience
